Enzymatic Debridement. These are performed especially on patients with burns. When performing it, various enzymes were used. These can come from plants with high protein digestive elements. Few of its examples are collagenase, papain, and bromelain. Those components are laboratory produced.

Maggot therapy. From the name itself, it involves the use of maggots. Those are insects you will usually find on decaying matters. There is nothing to worry when using this procedure, the maggots use on the surgery are usually grow in the laboratory. Hence, there is nothing to worry about.
