Keep in mind that these developments may the result of certain food combinations, rather than mere exposure to specific, individual foods themselves.

Be sure to check your complexion from time to time, especially when you feel chronically fatigued. This is malaise that when combined with rashes and bloating means that there are problems with your diet. Paying close attention to the different signals that your body sends will give you a better understanding of which foods you can eat and which foods you cannot.
