Is It Possible To Learn Chakra Balancing?

One must learn chakra balancing in order to balance the energy flow between the seven chakras of the human body and align it with the infinite energy source of the universe for the wholesome development in all aspects of his existence.

The Muladhar or Base chakra is symbolized with a red lotus with four petals and is located at the base of the spine. Learn chakra balancing of the Muladhar by meditating and breathing in the colour red till the end of the spine and visualize a red ball of energy in that place constantly telling yourself that you are safe and secure and that your money matters are all in order. Perform exercises like squats that target the lower back and use gems like red garnet, smoky quartz, and black obsidian for the purpose.

The Swadhisthana or the sacral chakra is an orange lotus with six petals located in the sacral region of the body. Learn chakra balancing by visualizing energy in the colour orange at the area above your belly button. Moreover, exercises targeting the pelvis, using gems like carnelian orange or calcite tiger's eye and constantly affirm to yourself that gifts like emotions, creativity or even sexuality are to be expressed.

The third chakra is of the Manipura which is a yellow lotus having ten petals. Learn chakra balancing by visualizing a bright sunshine yellow in the solar plexus region and feel the energy flowing in a clockwise direction back and forth. Use gems like citrine topaz or golden calcite, perform solar plexus exercises and increase your personal power by believing that only you, yourself have absolute power on yourself. It is you who decide actions and create boundaries and have full control over your ego.

Learn chakra balancing for the Heart chakra or the green lotus with 12 petals by breathing in the green colour to the center of your heart and visualizing the energy flow in a clockwise direction, back and forth. Regular little things like hugging yourself or activities like swimming, push up exercises will open and balance this chakra. One might also use gems such as rose quartz, kunzite, watermelon tourmaline and jade for the same purpose.

Learn chakra balancing for the throat chakra of Vishuddha by concentrating on the image of a blue lotus with sixteen petals at the base of your throat. Visualize the blue energy circling in that place and constantly affirm yourself that you can express yourself and communicate clearly in both professional and personal lives. Moreover, activities such as singing or using gem stones like aquamarine or sodalite can also take on an effective role in the purpose.

The third eye chakra of Ajna is from where one's spiritual journey starts. Symbolized by an indigo lotus having two petals, it is located between the eyebrows. Learn Chakra Balancing for this by trying to visualize the indigo lotus between the eyes and meditating, remote viewing, lucid dreaming, etc. and constantly affirm yourself that you trust your intuition and don't let your ego get the better of you. In case of gems, lapis, blue fluorite, clear quartz can be used for balancing.

Learn Chakra Balancing for the Sahasrara chakra at the crown of the head by breathing in and visualizing the violet lotus with a thousand petals. Regular prayer and devotion helps to balance this chakra and stones like amethyst, Oregon opal or clear quartz can also be used for the purpose. Have a constant feeling of gratitude and thank the universe for what you have and what you will receive in future to balance the energy of this chakra.
