This relieved most of the plastic surgeons and also their patients. The bill also saw the implementation of a cover against the augmentation against achieving symmetry between the two breasts.

Cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery both have different practice goals, founded on a specific set of procedures. It states that the procedure of certifying a cosmetic surgeon and that of plastic surgeon must be distinct and different. Plastic surgery training is completed through a post-graduate program while on the other hand cosmetic surgery training is completed after residency training.
